CBI adding some interesting elements to its November 22 “Fast Pitch” event
It sounds like the folks at the Cumberland Business Incubator (CBI) have some interesting plans for their inaugural “Fast Pitch” event set for November 22.
The news release starts with the question: “What if you did a mash-up of ‘Shark Tank’ and ‘American Idol,’ except with entrepreneurs and supporters instead of vocalists and celebrities?” You no doubt get the picture!
To keep it interesting, the CBI team is offering 500 “CBI Bucks” to those who pre-register for the pitch. Those dollars can be “invested in” the presenting companies.
The application deadline for entrepreneurs who want to present is today. The actual event starts at 5:30 p.m. November 22 at CBI, 2569 Cook Road, Crossville.
