AT&T recruiting applicants for its “Aspire Accelerator”

AT&T AspireAlan Hill, our long-time friend who is also Regional Director – External Affairs for AT&T, shared with us the following information:

“AT&T is in search of game-changing solutions to real world education challenges, and we are calling on innovative ed-tech ventures in Tennessee to apply for the 2018 “AT&T Aspire Accelerator.” It is open to any type of organization – for- or non-profit – working on a product or service that uses technology to support students’ educational and career success. Organizations chosen to participate in the program will receive $125,000 from AT&T, as well as access to expert services and mentorship both from AT&T and external ed-tech thought-leaders. The application is open through January 27 and the program will begin with selected ventures in April.”

Hill advises that the Aspire Accelerator is based in San Francisco and Washington, DC, but participating organizations can be located anywhere in the U.S. In-person events will be held up to five times throughout the program, typically at major national education conferences.
