Aegis Sciences acquires Nashville-based Diagnovus
Nashville start-up Diagnovus, co-founded by James Stover, has been acquired by another Nashville company. Aegis Sciences announced yesterday that it had acquired the molecular diagnostics firm that developed a suite of oncology and gastroenterology tests using a range of technologies. The top executives of both companies are active in Life Sciences Tennessee, and Stover is well-known in the state’s entrepreneurial community, having served as Vice President for Operations at the Tennessee Technology Development Corporation, now operating as Launch Tennessee.
