Aegis Sciences acquires Nashville-based Diagnovus

DiagnovusNashville start-up Diagnovus, co-founded by James Stover, has been acquired by another Nashville company. Aegis Sciences announced yesterday that it had acquired the molecular diagnostics firm that developed a suite of oncology and gastroenterology tests using a range of technologies. The top executives of both companies are active in Life Sciences Tennessee, and Stover is well-known in the state’s entrepreneurial community, having served as Vice President for Operations at the Tennessee Technology Development Corporation, now operating as Launch Tennessee.  Click here to read the official release and here to read Milt Capps’ article on Venture Nashville Connections.
