Seven student start-ups honored in latest “Graves Business Plan Competition”

UT KnoxvilleSeven start-ups launched by students at the University of Tennessee’s Knoxville campus were honored during the 10th annual entrepreneurial contest hosted by the Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ACEI).

Renamed about a year ago for Tom Graves, the long-time ACEI Operations Director, the competition is a key component of the Haslam College of Business’ efforts to accelerate entrepreneurship.

Sophomores Kelsey Duncan and Ryan Cunningham took top prizes of $5,000 each in the high growth business and lifestyle business categories. Click here to read more about their start-ups and the other winners in the latest “Graves Business Plan Competition.”
