Panelist on last day of “Health:Further Festival” identifies top perk Millennials seek
Marcus Whitney, one-half of the leadership team behind last week’s “Health:Further Festival,” kicked-off the last day of the event on Friday with a conversation with Neil Howe, Managing Director for the Demography Group at Hedgeye Risk Management.
Among the topics the two explored was a discussion about the Millennial generation. Describing them as very focused on the long-term, very risk averse and much more interested in working as a team, Howe offered this important data point for employers: the number one perk they seek is health insurance. Guess it goes with the rsik aversion and focus on the future.
