Tennessee drops four spots in Miliken’s latest “State Technology and Science Index”

miliken-instituteTennessee dropped four spots – from 36 to 40 – in the Milken Institute’s latest “State Technology and Science Index.” The organization considers human capital investment, risk capital and entrepreneurial investment, research and development inputs, technology concentration and dynamism, and technology and science workforce.
