Will the “roll” continue? Innovasan is one of 50 companies competing later this week in the “New England Venture Summit” in Boston. The Knoxville start-up has won two recent competitions that it has entered – Life Science Tennessee’s “Venture Forum” and Chattanooga’s “Will This Float?”
The latest competition is Wednesday, December 10 at the Hilton – Boston Dedham.
Innovasan uses its proprietary technologies to treat fluid waste streams on site and create an effluent that is free of biological and organic pollutants. This cost-effective solution is safe for discharge into the environment or municipal sewer systems.
“Pitching at the 2014 ‘New England Venture Summit’ is a great opportunity for Innovasan to tell its story and gain additional exposure to an extremely diverse audience from all over the United States and abroad,” said Jeff Hubrig, Jr., the company’s Manager of Business Development. “Water pollution is a global issue with no borders and we look forward to sharing our story and the fluid waste treatment technology we have developed at the 2014 Venture Summit.”
He tells us that the competitors are divided into five sectors – Tech, Life Sciences, Clean Tech, Ed Tech, and Mobile. Innovasan will be presenting in the Clean Tech track in the water and wastewater subcategory.
The event attracts venture capitalists, corporate VCs, angel investors, technology transfer professionals, senior executives of early stage and emerging growth companies, university researchers, incubators and premier service providers.
